P 'Moerheimii'

Of pendulous habit, usually seen as a shrub, but probably making a small weeping tree if top-grafted. Although put into commerce as P. incisa moerheimii it is not a cultivar of that species, but is very near to P. × yedoensis. Flowers pale pink fading to white, about {1/2} in. across. Pedicels and calyx with a few spreading hairs; sepals irregularly toothed; bracts oblanceolate, jaggedly toothed; style glabrous.
